You agree not to misuse the Services or use them for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

5. AI Services and Outputs

Our Services may include AI-generated outputs, recommendations, summaries, insights, automations, or decisions-support capabilities. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or context-dependent. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it for business, financial, legal, medical, employment, or other significant decisions.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of data, content, files, prompts, documents, and other materials submitted to the Services. You grant Veloxs AI a limited right to process, host, transmit, analyze, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, subject to applicable agreements and privacy commitments.

7. Intellectual Property

Veloxs AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, platform architecture, frameworks, models, workflows, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a written agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential or proprietary information from the other. Each party agrees to protect such information using reasonable safeguards and not disclose it except as required to provide the Services, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized in writing.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain Services may require payment of fees. Fees, billing cycles, usage limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be described in the applicable order form, subscription plan, invoice, or written agreement.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Veloxs AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloxs AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veloxs AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, Customer Data, or violation of applicable laws or rights.
